The Challenge

Design and execute a consumer experience for the Wines of Alsace at the Taste of Toronto festival. In addition to developing creative concepts for Alsace’s presence at the festival, Embr was asked to manage the complete execution of the event.  Beginning with coordination of booth setup, managing sales and POS operations at the booth and executing special wine seminars for interested attendees during the festival.

 

The Solution

Embr worked closely with our diverse group of preferred partners under extremely tight timelines to source the required activation elements for the festival.  Embr delivered a premium experience to festival attendees, reinforcing Wines of Alsace brand positioning as a premiere wine producing region. Embr provided certified and practicing sommeliers from our Specialized Staffing department to help educate consumers and facilitate increased sales of the premium wine portfolio being featured.
